Orders and Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours after receiving your payment from our facility in Thailand. DHL ensures the shipment and tracking of your order, usually delivered within 7 working days for international delivery.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Note that once your order is dispatched, it is impossible to change the delivery address.

We use discreet packaging not to give any indication as to the contents inside.
We don’t accept any returns except for products with defects. In this case they will be replaced or refunded according to our Terms & Conditions. Note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been signed and/or delivered. Please make sure your product has not been altered or tampered with before signing or accepting your delivery.

The price difference come from the margin level associated to a specific product. The margin (also called “premium”) is the part of the price covering our costs and reseller’s margin, it varies depending on the productβs rarity, craftsmanship, and its associated costs (production, handling, warehousing, etc.)
